  • How do I protect my intellectual property?  I don’t want my competition to know I’m considering a Consultant?

    We never discuss our clients, past or present; we just don’t.  However, if you would prefer, prior to our initial discussions, we will sign your NDA.

    Prior to a formal engagement, we will provide a Consulting Letter of Agreement.  Besides the contractual specifications, this letter will identify TMG’s proprietary information and other terms.  But without question, we are willing to sign your drafted Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.   Bottom line:  We will protect your data and privacy, and ask that you protect ours.

  • When we first meet, what kind of issues will we discuss?  What kind of questions?

    We’ll want to ask questions such as:

    Why do you believe you can win?

    Do you know your competition?

    Describe your knowledge and insight of the opportunity?

  • We are a Small Business… so how can you help us?

    For a small business, Priming is a significant investment… and we can help you Plan and Prep to Execute well before the DRFP.

    When you decide to Prime, you still have to run the business, and for a small business, frequently, the CEO is still billable on contract.  Let us manage the Prop effort for you!

    If you like, prior to our initial discussions, we will sign your NDA.

    As a Consultant, we may have some proprietary information ourselves.  We may ask that it be addressed in the “mutual” NDA.

    Describe your customer knowledge and intimacy?
